Build up your strength, stamina and overall fitness with this class.

Legs, bums and tums
This class focus's on your bums, legs and tums! Enabling you to keep in shape and tone up.
Step Aerobics
A workout performed on a step platform, great for cardiovascular training and toning the thighs and bum. Class cost £4.50.
Pilates
Pilates consists of slow controlled exercises that help improve general muscle tone, flexibility and core stability. It also helps you relax both mentally and physically. It can also improve your posture, flexibility and boost your energy levels, leaving your mind and body in balance.

Indoor Cycling
A 45 minute high intensity class, more up hill climbs than down hill glides, a great cardiovascular workout.
Turbo Jam
Turbo Jam is the new type of full body aerobics class, Consisting of Aerobic moves and Kick Boxing moves.
This is a great way to keep fit with a full body workout, 1 hour class.
