coaching courses
During the school term time here at the Sports Centre we run our own coaching courses for children.
These are run after school. Each coaching session runs for one hour per week for the full length of the school term.
Trampoline Coaching
Saturday Morning 10:15 - 11:15am
Wednesday 5:15 - 6:15pm & 6:15pm - 7:15pm
Trampolining is a chance for your child(ren) to come to the sports centre and learn an up and coming new skill.
Your Child(ren) will also progress through a trampolining badges and certification awards. Run by a qualified coach. Sessions are £4.20 per hour.
Gymnastics Coaching
Monday 4:00 - 5:00pm or 5:00 - 6:00pm
Friday 5:00 - 6:00pm or 6:00 - 7:00 (Adv)
Saturday 9:00 - 10:00am or 10:00 - 11:00am (Adv)
Gymnastics is a chance for your child(ren) to learn a new skill.
Your child(ren) will also progress through a Gymnastics badges and certifiction awards. Run by a qulified coach. Sessions are cost £3.30 per week.
Football & Mixed Games
Tuesday 3:45 - 4:45pm
Thursday 3:45 - 4:45pm
Football is a chance for your child(ren) to make new friends and have fun at the same time.
Your child(ren) will learn all the basics of football including penilty shoot outs and dribling around cones etc. The session is finished off by a game of football at the end. sessions are £3.30 per week.
Ballet Coaching
Tuesday 4:00 - 5:00pm
Ballet is a chance for your child(ren) to come and learn an up and coming new skill.
Your child(ren) will get the chance to learn many Ballet moves and dances. Run by a qualified coach. sessions are charged at £3.30 per hour.
Ju-Jitsu
Tuesday 6:30 - 8:00pm (For Adults and Children)
Ju-Jitsu is a chance to learn an important skill.
Your child(ren) will get the chance to learn many defence moves in a controled class and will have the chance to make friends of all ages. Childs session charged at £4.50 per hour
Adults will get the chance to learn defence moves and more in a controled class. Adult sessions cost £6.20 per hour.

Street Dance Coaching
Thursday 4:45 - 5:45pm or 5:45 - 6:45pm
Street dance is a chance for your children to come to the sports centre and show of there dance moves and learn how to put together and preform a dance.
Twice a year we put on a show for the parents to come along and see their children perform in a dance show. Sessions cost just £3.30 per hour.
Kids Dance Coaching
Thursday 3:45 - 4:45pm
Kids Dance is a similar class to Street Dance, but for the smaller children.
The kids get to put on a show for their family through out the year. Each session costs just £3.30 per hour.
Each coaching session should be paid in full for the full length of the term. We do not accept weekly payment for coaching session.
